Team Anergy

Anergy is in the Environmental Services industry and cleaning is our core deliverable.

To further enhance and uplift the image of our industry, we have re-designated our frontline employees as Project Services Assistant (PSA) and Project Services Supervisor (PSS) in line with their profession as a service provider and not just as a cleaner.

As part of their enhanced work scope, we have empowered them with the necessary skills, knowledge and decision-making skills to serve our clients better. All PSAs and PSSs from Team Anergy are certified under the Singapore Workforce Development Agency’s (WDA) Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) framework. As a fair employer, we ensure that they are paid their dues through the Progressive Wage Model (PWM) for our PSAs and PSSs and are further covered with medical insurance.
